"This adaptor is amazing! This piece is used to integrate your factory radio so that you can hook your iPod up to it. It even shows the song name on the factory radio (Assuming that you have a factory radio with a screen on it.) The sound quality this piece offers is very good. The quality sounds as if you were playing a CD in your radio. I would recommend professional installation on this piece so that you know that the job will be done right. I give this product two thumbs up."

"This is an excellent product…I installed it myself and if you think you can install this yourself, you probably can too. It's pretty simple and took under 30 minutes in my Chevy truck. I put the iPod connection wire into my glove box which means I can store my iPod out of sight and then leave it in the truck. You don't need to remove or access the iPod once connected (except to update it) since you can control everything right from the radio head. The instructions where fairly simple, if you have basic mechanical ability you should be able to easily handle this in my opinion. Now I have playlists, artist, album, whatever, through the radio head. I think this is priced somewhat higher than it should be, but overall I would rebuy this. Seems like the best possible option for connecting an iPod w/o butchering your wiring, everything is direct plugs. Great product. Now on long drives I won't have to fumble around looking for a good FM station or deal with charging issues (you're charging while connected) or CDs. I am looking forward to hours of music without missing a beat."

"Music is my life. I listen to music just about 24/7. I do a lot of driving. I love to listen to my iPod. I have been through just about every FM Transmitter for the iPod ever made. They all are inadequate and were returned sometimes the same day I bought them. I was looking online and came across the iSimple kit for the car. I was very hesitant at first but the more I read about it the more I knew I had to try it. I have a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer. I bought it and had it installed by Best Buy. The sound quality is impeccable. No static, no noise. Plus you get to use your factory radio instead of having to buy and install a new deck. It is very simple to use. I love this product. If you love music and want to be able to listen to your iPod in your car without static/noise and poor sound quality, then this is the product for you."

"This item does everything it says it does, although it takes some getting used to. After getting it installed, it took me about an hour to train myself to use the new interface on my head unit. I like the fact that I can add functionality to my factory stereo. I already have XM and now iPod. I can say that as a pretty tech savvy user this is not something you set up for mom or grandma without teaching them a class on its use. Simply because it uses buttons that were designed to be used for specific functions for its own functions, i.e. FFW is now mode browser and enter/select function. The sound quality is Phenomenal compared to a headphone jack or FM adapter. No need to change volume settings on iPod to connect to stereo. Add to that the ability to charge and you have yourself an all-around excellent product everything iPod related in one cable. My only pet peeve with this one, it doesn't allow for making/receiving calls, although it does mute and resume before and after a call, you still have to place the iPhone to your head when in a call or use a headset. Although I hear this will be remedied with the Bluetooth upgrade that iSimple is releasing later in 2009."

"Works with the iPhone 3GS, if you get the one with "WORKS WITH 3G" on box. It charges my 3GS iPhone and displays the text on the radio. The controls are a little confusing, but just read the instructions. You are sometimes better off choosing a playlist then attaching the iPhone, it will stay within that playlist, if you use the buttons on the radio you have to read the instructions. If you receive a call, it rings through the speakers but the voice does not come through your speakers. I installed it easy but I am used to doing things myself. This iSimple kit is now also one of the best purchases I have ever made, One wire coming out by the ashtray charges my iPhone and plays music. Works with the Radio or Pandora apps (Start them, then connect the wire). Best of all, I have excellent sound quality. Worth the cost over an FM transmitter."

"I've had aftermarket direct connect units for kenwood, FM transmitters, cassette units, and have installed the USA Spec in my girlfriend's car. I can tell you that if you are considering this and it fits your vehicle...stop thinking and BUY IT. Amazing...follow directions and it almost seems the iPod came with the car. Text...controllability...ease of use...amazing...really."

"I installed this in my 2004 Acura TL with factory navigation. There are a lot of iPod integration accessories on the market, but I really wanted one that was completely integrated and didn't stick out like a sore thumb on the dash somewhere or coming out of the lighter socket. I also wanted digital sound, and don't like the FM transmitters or tape adapters. This unit takes control of the XM function of the radio without eliminating XM, which is nice for anyone that subscribes to XM. I like the fact that it is easy to use, using only the radio controls and that I get display of music on the factory radio. I recognize that the radio I have is the limiting factor in things that I would like (e.g. scrolling of the song name). All in all, high quality item so far in the 4 months I've used it and would recommend it. No issues with playback, no dropped songs, no crackle. I also installed the HD tuner as well and it's pretty good too."

"I just ordered the PXAMG for my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe, and although getting to my radio took a few hours, installing it was more or less simple, no cutting wires - just plug in a go. I had to go through the connection process a few times for the device to recognize my iPod, but once I got it running and made sure all plugs were properly fit, it was a breeze. I've got an iPod video and an iPhone 3G, works flawlessly with both of them. When connecting an iPhone it asks you if you want to go into airplane mode upon connection, but you can just bypass that. Even though the set-up for browsing the contents of my iPod takes a while to figure out, once understood it works great. I am able to use a dial to browse through artists, which makes it pretty quick (I would hate to have to press a button for each artist). Also doubles as a car charger, which is nice to have (for iPhone too). I'm thoroughly impressed with this device and if I didn't tell you I had installed this in my car, you could not even tell, all parts are hidden (I mounted my gateway on top of my radio towards the back) and ran cable upwards to empty bin on the top, but you can always route it to your glove box. Definitely worth the money, if you drive a lot like I do, then this is a great investment."

"I installed this in a 2005 Honda Accord EX (non nav). After having an iPod hookup in my old accord on an aftermarket stereo, I was looking for a way to bring that capability to this car. The product does what it is supposed to, although it lags when you scroll through songs really quickly. Other than that, it took an hour to install, and five minutes to learn to use."

"This was the perfect option for not buying a new radio headunit. Sound is clear, NO STATIC like wireless FM transmitters, and it charges your iPod. Set-up is easy! The hardest decision about this purchase was deciding where to place the on/off switch and the iPod cord (or 3.5mm jack, both are included to give you options). You should be willing to drill holes in the locations you pick (for the on/off switch and 3.5mm jack if you are not using the iPod cord). There are only 2 downsides to this device: (1) you have to buy a separate cradle to hold your device and there are only a few options AND (2) the iPod cord dangles where you want it (not a big deal), it is not a USB or iPod jack and a "large" hole would be needed to feed it through the dashboard or audio console. I would not hesitate making this purchase again!!!"

"Rec'd this for my birthday. Called Best Buy to schedule an installation appointment and they put me on the schedule within 2 hours. Frank at the Blakeney Best Buy did a great job installing it and was very helpful. My factory stereo didn't have an auxilary plug, so this was my last option for connecting my iPod to my stereo. Sound quality is not as crisp as a CD, but it's much better than one of those things you stick in the cigarette lighter and pick a radio station. This blocks incoming radio signals so you have a much clearer connection. The on/off switch and the plug look very professional when installed. Overall I'm very pleased so far. This was the first time I used Best Buy installation services and they exceeded my expectations."

"Ok so here's the scoop...installed this bad boy on my 2002 BMW 325i (sedan). Works 100% as promised...I hooked it up to the 6cd changer plug...since I didn't have the CD changer it was extremely easy and convenient for me...I had to watch a couple of YouTube vids to figure out how to get that trunk carpeting out…but after watching those I became a pro...popped out the back seat and ran the wire under all the side panels of the driver side and over the top of the clutch, brake, and accelerator, continued it just a little under the center console and I have about 12 inches to spare....it honestly looks professionally done..I was amazed on how good it actually came out...I can control it through the steering wheel and it looks really cool when you switch songs and the iPod is on cover flow...the thing I love most about it is that you can control it from the radio, your steering wheel, or from the iPod touch 2G (iPhone 3G)...I haven't tried it with any other iPods, but I don't see why it would be different. I love it!!!!! it's definitely a MUST HAVE...and as for sound quality, we should all know that it's not worth mentioning due to the fact that it is a direct connect to the CD changer."

"I have tried every darn iPod / iPhone intergration tool for my 2000 X5 and while many of them work, they are poor quality in general. This product is just great. I was a little skeptical at first but I did the professional installation at Best Buy (90 mins, well done, value priced) and have loved the unit ever since.Turning on the radio turns on the iPhone and the same behavior for turning off, radio off, stops playback on the iPhone. Excellent fidelity, no static, works great.I don't normally leave reviews but felt compelled with this product."

"I bought this iSimple interface as a Christmas present for a friend's VW. She'd been struggling with a FM Transmitter for her iPod Nano because it had so much static. Now, she's driving just to listen to her iPod in great stereo. She also has the ability to control it from her steering controls which even makes it safer for her to drive and user her iPod. Great product!"
KHJMan from Portland, OR
"This interface allows you to control your iPod with the iPod while hooked up to your factory stereo, or through the radio (You can move from one track to the next through the stereo but that's about it). That was what I wanted since a factory radio doesn't have enough control over an iPod anyways. Most other brands completely shut the iPod controls off and your only able to control the iPod through the radio. The box or interface unit is much smaller than other brands which makes it easier to find a place to install it with the limited space in a newer vehicles dash. The iPod cord is much longer than other units as well, giving you more options in your vehicle to place your iPod."

"I have a 2002 Mini with a factory head unit, and after trying to utilize an FM transmitter to listen to my iPod in the car (we all know how those work), I bought this as an alternative. The jack for the changer is in the trunk, so the only work required is to connect the module in the trunk and then run the iPod connector-cable into the cabin. For me to do this entire process took around 35 minutes; the Mini comes apart fairly easily and after removing the back seat and a portion of the door seal it was smooth sailing (and I'm an amateur). Now that the installation is done, I am very impressed; I am a big fan of using the steering-wheel mounted controls and didn't want to lose that for my iPod. This product allows me to use both the FWD/REW buttons and VOL+/- on my steering wheel with my iPod; even better is that I can also utilize the iPod's clickwheel to select tracks/artists/playlists. I would highly suggest this to anyone with a Mini that would also like to use their iPod and not shell out the $300 for the Mini integration from their dealer."

"There is no telling how many dollars I have spent on FM transmitters for my wife and I. I bought this piece and am amazed. The quality of the sound is great. We both carry 3G iPhones and the instructions said you could not make or receive phone calls. But, It works great with music apps like Pandora. Money well spent on my wife's '01 BMW."

"I looked around for quite a while for a good iPod adapter for my car. I was tired of the poor sound quality of the tape adapters and FM transmitters and wanted something with good quality that also charged the unit. After hearing of a few items that broke down soon after they were purchased, I tried the iSimple adapter. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I've had it for about 4 months now and it works flawlessly. I installed it myself and called up technical support for a simple connection question and they helped me right away. I'm not an electrical engineer by any stretch of the imagination and I had this thing up and running in under 45 min. This works and I would advise anyone in need of a quality iPod adapter to purchase it."

Ordered a fair of the iSimple [SymPhonē] earphones off the website after seeing a special offer for them on Facebook. Originally had a pair of Bose earphones but they were stolen from my car, so I needed a replacement and didn't want to spend another $300. Totally surprised and delighted-the most expensive earphones are not necessarily the best. Love these! The ear cups are soft and comfortable, they weigh virtually nothing, and the noise canceling is fantastic! Might even say better than Bose!?! Can sit in a busy place, put these on, phase out the world, and enjoy my music while studying. Really a great buy. Will probably buy a set for Christmas for my dad who travels a lot.

I have to say, I'm pretty happy with this little impulse buy. Although these headphones don't completely eliminate things like loud voices or ringing phones, they do a great job of filtering out the run of the mill din of background office noise. Basically, I can listen to my own music, focus on what I'm doing, and design without being constantly distracted. What's also cool is that the ISHP31 headphones fold flat and fit in a slim case that comes with the product. Plus, the case also has compartments for all the included cords and plug adaptors. The only thing I wish these headphones had is built-in Bluetooth or a Bluetooth receiver. I can only guess that [iSimple] is working on a Bluetooth version, and when it comes out I'll be the first to buy a set.

Hadn't heard of iSimple headphones before, but purchased them online for an upcoming deployment. The shipping was free (with a special offer code) and I received them, as well as the portable back up battery charger I ordered, within a week. The sound quality is incredible. I typically use headphones to watch movies, and the surround sound and bass with these are as good as watching the movie in a theatre. Music sounds equally as good, and at a fraction of the cost of the over ear headphones available from Bose and Monster. If any of the guys in my unit ask me, I'll definitely recommend these.
Libbyvox from Coral Springs, FL
Overall, the iSimple SymPhonē is a great set of headphones and I would highly recommend them to anybody. Yes, in overall looks and appearance they are similar to just about every other set on the market. But, a big selling point for me…other than the price, which is very reasonable…is that these headphones have a noise-cancelling feature that can be turned on and off…meaning that if the battery driving the noise cancellation system get low or die, they won't completely stop working like with several others out there. The sound quality is, without a doubt, beautiful. Treble, midrange, and bass all sound completely natural. Of course, the quality isn't quite as good when the noise cancellation is off…but, like I said…better than having no sound because the little AAA dies.
DeeJKompakt from Redondo Beach, CA
The best way to describe the ISHP31 SymPhonē ear phones is to compare them to my old Skull Candy ones. The price on both models is similar, but the audio performance on the iSimple ear phones is far better, especially with the noise cancelation turned on. My old ear phones had a very faint buzz that tended to be distracting, especially when listening to music at lower levels. The SymPhonē has no noticeable "white noise" when the noise cancelation is active, resulting in music that is exponentially clearer and fuller. What really impressed me most is how great these ear phones are for computer gaming. The quality of 3D surround sound and richness of bass creates a depth audio detail that you'd probably expect from a far more expensive system. If only they had a voice chat mike, and I'd happily use these on Xbox Live…But, for anybody looking for a good set of iPod or computer headphones for work (or play), this is the way to go.

Not too long ago, Apple introduced a generation of music players without built in FireWire compatibility. Why they decided this is beyond me, but the point is it made compatibility with older accessories all but obsolete. Home docking systems, car docking systems and even standard iPod cables, all worthless. Or, are they? The IS712 charging virtually eliminates this problem and restores the battery charging capability to all those "older" docking devices you might have. Regarding the device itself, there's not a whole lot to say about the [ReVolt Mini] - it's an inexpensive fix for an inconvenient problem. To use it, you simply plug it between the dock (or cable) and the iPhone, iPod touch or iPod nano. It's inexpensive and does what it's supposed to do. What more do you really need?
SporkBoy from Arlington, VA
I can't be the only person that bought the iPhone 3G and was frustrated –a nice word for it-to discover that to learn that wouldn't work with older iPod chargers or docks. NONE! Oh it would play, but not charge…anyway, I went on the website of the company that made my car integration kit and I was wonderfully surprised to discover that they created a little device called a ReVolt Mini that solved this problem. It's simple, it works as advertised, and it was a fairly cheap investment. All in all, a great buy and a great product!
Jonabo82 from Montreal, CA
I called the tech support department at iSimple shortly after buying my new iPod nano wondering why the ISCH72 in my Jeep wasn't charging. Imagine my surprise to discover that Apple decided to change the charging voltage on the newer iPod models without telling anybody. Fortunately, they pointed me to their website and showed me the ReVolt Mini. Went online and bought one for about $20US. Works perfectly – thank you iSimple. Get one!
ScandeeZ from Newark, NJ
The iPod connector in my Mini Cooper didn't work with my iPod touch, so I went to the dealership and he told me it was an Apple problem and to look online for a solution. I did and found a piece by Scosche, but it didn't seem like there were a lot of good things to be said about it with OEM iPod systems. So, I looked for an alternative and found the iSimple piece. Works great and easy to use: I'm glad I bought it.
